For optimal results, please come to The Lifestyle Center for your Hydrafacial Keravive appointment with clean, dry hair. Your provider will work gradually, parting your hair and applying the device in small sections at a time.

Next, the booster serum will be applied. Once it fully saturates your scalp, your provider will perform a scalp massage for five to 10 minutes.

You might be surprised to learn that your Hydrafacial Keravive treatment can be done on a lunch break, with little disturbance to the rest of your hair. Most treatments take 30-45 minutes.

The treatment is not painful at all. In fact, it’s often described as relaxing.

There is no downtime after Hydrafacial Keravive, and you won’t have to head home immediately to wash your hair. There will be no unsightly residue to worry about, just some dampness at the roots.

For the best results, we recommend waiting to wash your hair so the products have time to absorb properly. It’s also a good idea to avoid saunas, swimming and sweaty exercise so your hair and scalp stay as dry as possible. Some people find that their hair can go longer than usual without washing directly after treatment.

The recommended protocol is three in-office sessions paired with using the topical take-home spray between sessions and 90 days after the final session. Every patient has different goals and needs, so some require regular ongoing treatments to maintain results and others only need sporadic treatments to maintain the healthy scalp and hair they currently have.
